Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Carefully place the product in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and retro-style accessories that were included in the box.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton, ensuring any old labels are covered.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the unit for quality assurance, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
